11967B Current Probe, 20 Hz to 2 MHz

The Agilent 11967B current probe is designed for MIL-STD 461A/B/C CE-01 measurements of conducted emissions on power and interconnecting leads. The probe has a constant transfer impedance of 0.3 ohm (±2 dB) from 2 kHz to 2 MHz.

This current probe is not a general oscilloscope probe; it is an EMI accessory only.
