The 5301A Frequency Counter Module is for use with the 5300A Mainframe.
  • Frequency Range: 10Hz to 10MHz
  • Sensitivity: 25 mV rms (50Hz to 1MHz), 50 mV rms (10Hz to 10MHz); 150 mV p-p pulse at minimum pulse width (50 ns)
  • Input Impedance: 1 Mohm
  • Gate times: Manually selected 0.1, 1, or 10 seconds; Auto Position selects gate time to 1 second for max. resolution
  • Accuracy: ±(1 count + time base accuracy)
  • Features included: Overload protection, Selectable trigger level (positive, negative, or 0 V), and External Gate Input
