The Tektronix 370A high resolution curve tracers is used in a wide variety of applications. The 370A performs DC parametric characterization of transistors, thyristors, diodes, SCRs, MOSFETs, optoelectronic components, solar cells, solid state displays and other semiconductor devices. In research and development this unit is perfect for characterization of new designs, extraction, of SPICE parameters, failure analysis and data sheet generation. Control of all measurements can be done VIA the front panel or over the GPIB. An enclosed test fixture comes standard with the 370A allowing for extra operator protection during measurements.
