Measurement Assurance Technology, LP Right of Return Policy:

Measurement Assurance Technology, LP offers a ten (10) day right of return policy unless otherwise advised. Measurement Assurance Technology, LP Right of Return Policy covers the following conditions:  (A) If within ten days the unit(s) is found to be defective; (B) Unit(s) does not meet manufacturer’s specifications; or (C) Unit(s) is deemed cosmetically unsatisfactory (this includes any cosmetics that the customer was not aware of prior to the purchase).  Measurement Assurance Technology, LP Right of Return Policy does not cover the following conditions: 1.) Unit(s) does not meet a customer’s test application; 2.) Unit(s) is no longer needed for the customer’s application; 3.) And/or any other condition not covered by the previous statements listed above.  

Measurement Assurance Technology, LP Policy for Return of Equipment:  

Upon authorization from Measurement Assurance Technology, LP a RMA number will be issued to the customer with instructions on returning the unit(s). Upon receipt of the returned unit(s), Measurement Assurance Technology, LP, at its sole discretion, may provide a replacement unit(s) to the customer or provide a credit to the customer's account in the amount of the purchase price of the unit(s).
